More About this Project
One service BizCo Studio provides is executive consulting hours, which were used by this client for employee offboarding/onboarding. The offboarding process begins with a request from the gallery director. As much of their sales are conducted through direct communication, it is crucial that the gallery directors have the ability to continue these conversations with potential buyers, even if the original fine art consultant has moved on.
We were responsible for removing the consultant's access to their Google account (by leveraging Google Admin), configuring an auto-response in case potential buyers contacted them afterwards, and automatically forwarding correspondence to gallery directors to maintain contact with the customer.
