Sample: Coordinating ClickUp Tasks for New Client Packages

In this document, I outlined the standard procedure for creating project management "tasks" in ClickUp. Included is the timing for certain tasks, the responsible parties, and other important reminders. We have utilized this at BizCo Studio for nearly three years to ensure all deliverables of a client's marketing package are accurately planned over a 3-6 month span.
More About this Project
ClickUp is a project management platform that I became comfortable and proficient with using during my time at BizCo Studio. In 2023, a coworker and I were tasked with standardizing the process by which we create "tasks" for new packages. Packages outline what services we will provide to a digital marketing client over a span of time (3-6 months), such as social media posts or weekly newsletters. It's critical that the tasks accurately reflect the package, as we primarily work from these tasks day-to-day.
Previously, we used a template list to create a batch of tasks every time a client signed a new package, deleting what wasn't needed. This was time-consuming and could lead to mistakes. There was also little oversight or opportunity for peer review and undefined marketing goals.
Goal of Project: Streamline the task creation process, ensuring accuracy, clear delegation, and admin review.
In this document, I outlined the standard procedure for creating tasks and coordinating content for a new package. I paid special attention to clarifying responsible parties, expected timing of execution, and task status standardization. We have utilized this process at BizCo Studio since 2023 to ensure that all deliverables of a client's marketing package are accurately planned and strategically coordinated.
