This sample includes two documents; the first is a reference guide originally drafted by a website developer. The second document is my revision, standardizing this process and making the guide more accessible to our non-developer team members.

More About this Project
One of our clients at BizCo Studio owns short-term rental properties and leverages OwnerRez, a property management platform. The WordPress website our developers built was configured to pull in the client's information from OwnerRez automatically through shortcodes. Due to the nature of this setup, whenever new properties were acquired, the process of adding the new listing to our website fell solely on the developers.
In order to cross-train the entire team, the developers created custom post fields in WordPress for the necessary shortcodes and created a reference guide to outline the entire process. My responsibility was to review the developer's document, follow the outlined process to ensure accuracy, and make copyedits as necessary. I was also asked to supplement with additional screenshots and provide directions on SEO and social share settings.
