STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

In this document, I outlined the standard procedure for creating project management "tasks" in ClickUp to reference for the duration of a new client's digital marketing package. Included is the timing for certain tasks, the responsible parties, and other important reminders. We have utilized this at BizCo Studio for nearly three years to ensure all deliverables of a client's marketing package are accurately planned over a 3-6 month span.

This is an internal document I created for BizCo Studio outlining how to offboard a marketing client's employees in Google.

In this sample, I created an Instagram carousel graphic (following established branding) by adapting the content from an old YouTube video shared by the client's previous brewing team. I also conferred with the current brew master to ensure the modern process was accurately reflected.
